Most work is charged per job, not per hour, and our PC repairs are done on a no-fix no-fee basis with prices set at a highly competitive level.

Details of tasks performed will always be provided. No hidden costs - no hourly charge. A free assessment to determine what work is needed can be provided if the PC is brought to us, or if it is at an address in Dunstable.

Advanced PC Tune-Up 30GBP A more in depth system clean up, including removal of redundant programs that may be starting up when you turn on your PC (at boot up), as well as Boot Sequence optimisation (the order that things start can greatly affect the time it takes to finish start up). All your programs will be updated to the latest versions where possible, including anti-virus, web browser, and more. Details of tasks performed will always be provided. No hidden costs - no hourly charge. A free assessment to determine what work is needed can be provided if the PC is brought to us, or if it is at an address in Dunstable.

PC Hardware Fault Repair/Replace Starting at 10GBP Exact pricing is impossible without knowing the fault. We work on a basis of 10GBP fault diagnosis, with 10GBP for each component that needs replacing (eg, CPU, power Supply etc). Cost of replacement parts is not included but will be quoted. There is no hourly charge! However, if we cannot diagnose, or subsequently fix the fault, there is no charge (with the exception of any call-out charges for visits beyond Dunstable - usually 10GBP).

Data Recovery From 20GBP Data Recovery prices will be quoted on application, as each case varies greatly. Cost will be based on the estimated work involved and the volume of data. There is no hourly fee associated with this service - prices are set before you agree for us to carry out the work. Prices start from as little as 20GBP for recovery of photos from a single digital camera memory card. A discount will be given if we cannot recover more than 90% of the data, subject to a minimum 10GBP charge. Recovery from a PC hard drive can only be quoted on application.
