Van der Velde has in the last year updated the in-house call logging system. We have invested 40k in a new software system which holds a complete history of every machine ever sold or maintained by Van der Velde. Our engineers are logged at every stage of the service process. Travel time, on-site time and repair methods are all detailed within the service report which, when complete, creates an accurate history of any item covered by maintenance.
