You need your IT to be a behind the scenes support helping your business run, not a daily headache that brings you all down.
We don’t just help with your IT
We can save you money
How much time do your staff spend on IT issues in a week or a year? Time which they’re not spending on doing their job. It may add up to many hundreds of hours and thousands of pounds. And that’s on a good day when nothing’s gone wrong. Throw in a disaster and that could be days of lost time as well as lost data.
Making you more efficient
Are you and your staff using your computers and equipment to their full potential? And how many hours do you waste staring at a blank screen because your systems are running slowly? With a few tweaks and a bit of advice from us, the chances are we can make your office practices a whole lot more efficient and your computers run more smoothly and quickly.
Training your staff
Learning how to use new equipment or software needn’t take long but can make a huge difference.

From Our Website
Love it or hate it, your IT is one of the most important parts of your business. It can make the difference between a great day's work or a disaster, and a successful office relocation or a nightmare. And if it doesn't run as smoothly and efficiently as it possibly can, you're losing time, money and very possibly clients and staff too. And that's whether it's the daily mundane stuff or a major event like an office merger. When it comes to IT what you need is a safe pair of hands. Someone reliable, who knows what they're doing and who won't let you down.
If you're relying on your employees to keep your IT and systems all running smoothly and don't have any IT support, then take our quiz to make sure it's all operating as it should? If you've answered no to any of the questions above, then the chances are that your systems may not be running effectively, you may have undiagnosed problems and worse still, your data and your business could be at serious risk. Ben was endlessly patient with my husband and I. We don't really know much about computers but for the first time ever we had help from someone who was able to explain things in language that we could relate to.
With a background in software programming and development as well as management and telecoms, MD Simon Isherwood founded Sitec IT in 2004. He realised that small businesses weren't getting the IT services and support that they needed. In fact often small businesses had no one they trusted that they could turn to for help. The aim back then was to provide a consistent, reliable, trustworthy and skilled IT service and this remains our approach today. Over the years Sitec IT has grown but we continue to cherish our strong family values and our personal approach.
Simon is the Managing Director and has worked in the industry since the late 1980's. He has held senior positions at Legion Telecommunications, Vanguard Medica and Unichem before setting up his own company in 2004. He understands how businesses work and what they need and he's very much a people person. On top of that, Simon is on a one man mission to "de jargon and de-mystify" IT and all that goes with it, so you'll find him easy to understand and he doesn't use language scattered with technical terms.
If you're a small business in Surrey, Sussex or Hampshire with no IT department do you know how efficient your office systems really are? And what will happen when your server crashes or something goes wrong? How will you cope? Just because nothing's gone wrong in a while, doesn't mean that nothing is wrong. You need your IT to be a behind the scenes support helping your business run, not a daily headache that brings you all down. Are you and your staff using your computers and equipment to their full potential?
