Customer Testimonials

Rang up looking for somewhere capable of intelligently cloning my drive. The man was friendly and gave me the advice I needed over the phone. Got a quote just incase and it was 30% cheaper than Salop computer centre. Only downside was the day wait but it was a Sunday and he sounded very busy.

Fantastic computer repair service!. The guy is a top bloke and managed to fix my computer in a couple of days for much cheaper than i was expecting.

The shortened version:
took the guy two days to fix my pc (this is very quick in my experence!)
He talked me through everything he was going to do to it and why
He kept me upto date on everything over the two days
Total cost for the fix was £30
Would definatly reccomend again!

I had problems with my computer crashing during start up, whilst in use and it occasionally not being able to boot windows. Thinking it was a software problem id tried multiple online tutorials to try and fix it to no avail.

So i called this company and told the guy the issues i was having and we met up later that same day. He gave me his initial verdict and described to me what he was going to do to find the route of the problem in detail and i left my laptop with him.

He called me the next day around lunch time and told me everything he had done, what conclusions he had come to and what he was going to do next and said that the pc would be ready by tommorow morning.

Sure enough he drove down to my place to drop the computer off, and told me what the problem was (in the end it was a cooling problem and if it was left it could have caused perminant damage to the laptop) and how he solved it. Then he also said he had given the laptop a good clean, checked the harddrive for eny problems physically and through the pc, removed some hidden viruses and few other bits and bobs whilst he was at it.

The pc now runs better than ever, even when put under the heavy strain of CAD programs i use for my product design course

And the cost for all of this? £30.

And i can say thats probably the best £30 ive ever spent and it saved me spending over a grand on a new computer. Would definatly reccomend this company to enyone needing help with there PC.
