I had my desktop PC in to RTS for a tune-up. From the very first phone call the engineer was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The whole service went smoothly and was completed within 2 days (including ordering of necessary memory), was a very reasonable rate and even came back cleaner than it was when I dropped it in. Itd almost look new if I hadnt have scratched the top so much! I couldnt be happier and would recommend RTS to anyone. Ill be back soon no doubt, with my lack of computer skills!
