Products & Services
We can help you with any type of laptop, server or PC issue, from software problems to failed components. Most of the time repairs can be carried out on-site at your home/premises but if the system requires sensitive components replacing this will need to be done at our workshop.
After a short telephone conversation discussing the problem we may attempt to resolve the problem via a remote help session, alternatively we may visit you or arrange the computer to be brought to our workshop (a collection service is available) . We will establish the fault and advise on the cost of the repair.
From Our Website
We are a small family business based on the fringes of Dartmoor National Park near Tavistock and we provide a range of professional computer services to home and business users. With friendly professionalism, expert computer knowledge and efficiency we know you will feel that you have had a good service and value for money. Enabling customers to get the most out of their computers is high on our list of priorities. We also sort out the problems if it breaks, upgrade the system if it's slow, remove viruses if it becomes infected or build you a new system designed to your specification and price range if you want something better.
Networks are collections of computers, software, and hardware that are all connected to help their users work together. A network connects computers by means of cabling systems or wireless connectivity, specialized software, and devices that manage data traffic. A network enables users to share files and resources, such as printers, as well as send messages electronically (e-mail) to each other. Computer networks fall into two main types: client/server networks and peer-to-peer networks. A client/server network uses one or more dedicated machines (the server) to share the files, printers, and applications.
The websites that we design like those here are customised to your specific requirements and budget. Please call us on 01822 810799 to discuss further.
We can sort things out and get you back up and running with the minimum amount of fuss. If the problem can't be sorted at your location, our workshop with diagnostic tools and technical support will identify the cause. All manner of problems occur when you least expect them. Computers are a bit like cars when it comes to breakdowns. What may seem like a major problem may turn out to be a blown fuse or something just as simple. Unless you know where to look it will be a daunting process. We will find a solution to the problem.
