Said he could pick up my computer by 3.00 and as I desperately needed it that evening would make a special effort and return it then. He arrived on time and returned the computer after 7.00 as he said he would.The viruses had been removed and the next day (a Saturday) when I had problems attaching my laptop to my monitor he responded to my telephone call at once.
