I have experience of working with and troubleshooting most modern home and office computer systems. This includes Microsoft Windows (Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and the latest version, Windows 8), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and most common hardware configurations. Having used a large number of computer systems I am able to give you advice on what will fulfill your specific needs. In additional to practical experience I also hold a number of Microsoft certifications.
Computers and the internet are now and important tool in all businesses, no matter how small. I can provide you with the support you need to maximise your potential. Service available performed include the following, but other can be carried out on request. Service can either be performed on an ad-hoc basis or through an on-going support contract to provide a certain level of support each month.
I try to keep my charges transparent and will give you an indication of cost before undertaking any work. My pricing is competitive and a lower rate is charged for work completed in my workshop. A minimum charge of one hour applies and will then be charged in 15 minute increments. For some repairs I will give a fixed price, such as for laptop screen replacements or re-installing Windows after replacing the hard drive. There are no additional call-out charges or mileage charges within my coverage area.
