It took ages for our PC to do anything! Eg. we got used to doing other stuff while waiting to print something. Changing from one thing to another was really frustrating and using the Internet was becoming increasingly difficult. 'You need to upgrade broadband.' 'It's old get a laptop' were comments I received. In 2 hours on site, Jan had cleared loads of background stuff from the PC never used and which was messing things up. At same time he gave simple explanations of how the PC works. No need to upgrade broadband. It is fine for what we need. Now its a pleasure to use it! Great service. I contacted Jan to ask him to install a new printer/ scanner, and then give my computer an MOT. I was most impressed. He came quickly and spent all the time necessary to complete the job. My computer now runs much faster and more efficiently. Very satisfying. A further problem arose: Jan came quickly and solved the difficulty. I had been having problems with a very slow PC and was on the verge of replacing mine. However, Jan carried out an extensive clean-up and as a result my PC is working much quicker!
