Customer Testimonials

One morning I went to switch my PC on and found it was seriously kaput – not even a blue screen of death! Rang Neil at Mountain Stream and he was able to look at it straight away. Fantastic work and almost a new PC at minimal cost, which means I will definitely use again, great communication and honesty and excellent knowledge.

My laptop ran perfectly, and then this morning it suddenly started overheating and shutting down after being on for only a few minutes - it was also getting progressively worse over the space of a few hours, and it clear that it was only a matter of time before the whole thing died. I brought it to Neil to have a look at it; he fixed it in less time than it would take to watch a film. I highly recommend him!

I called in last week as the fan had stopped running on my laptop - Neil picked it up within a few hours and returned it the next day looking and running as if it was new! He even identified and fixed a couple of minor issues I hadn't even complained about, and all for far less than I've had to pay with larger companies. Would definitely recommend.
