Established in 1985, Mercury Systems are specialists in IT support and telecommunications.

Our services include remote and on-site IT support (contracts or ad-hoc rates), network cabling and server installation, network maintenance and support plus pc and network upgrades, software and hardware, and backup and recovery solutions.

Serving businesses within Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset & Sussex and the home counties, Mercury Systems also have our own computer workshop for pc and hardware repairs, and we also offer IT support and computer repair services for home users.

Our support team are well-versed in a wide range of networks and operating systems - Microsoft Certified and headed by a Novell Master CNE - and telephone systems including Samsung and IPCortex.

Our IT and telephone engineers' knowledge is continually widened and updated with regular training, and thanks to many years of dedication, we have gained valued partnerships and accreditations in the computer and communications industry.

IT Support Services

We design our IT support services to meet your requirements ranging from fully outsourced IT to assistance for your IT Manager and/or holiday cover. We provide onsite cover in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and surrounding areas.

We offer hardware repairs for servers, workstations and printers. Also virus, malware removal, blue screens, data recovery, hardware and software upgrades, backup solutions both offsite and onsite.

If it is a systems problem we will diagnose remotely and repair the fault where possible. If a site visit is then required we will escalate this to our service team and visit site.
