Mac & iPhone Repair Newcastle is proud to provide the best service in the Newcastle area. By opening a new site we hope to be able to offer many new and exciting things to people that didn't have many of the options we provide. There are many people offering to fix Macs, but a lot of them are not certified and can leave you with a system that is worse off than it was before you sought help. Not to mention that many of these sub-par services are provided at a cost much greater than you would spend with us.

Customer Testimonials

I've recently been using Repairs Etc. for a few errors I've had with my phones, and I have to say, I haven't hadn't better customer service anywhere else. Very professional staff, very knowledgable about phones and their errors, and the service is so fast, the quickest in Newcastle easily. They always make sure you understand what the errors were and how they've resolved them as well. Would 100% recommend people use these guys if you have any issues with your phones. Thank you guys :)

Amazing service! Stayed open later to fix my phone screen for me, friendly guys and even got a screen protector with the repair! Cannot recommend this place enough, would never use another shop now :)

Went to get iPhone 6s screen repaired (due to cracking). Was only £50 despite the price of Apple repairs costing £156. Phone was repaired within ten minutes, perfect repair, as if new. Very good customer service, providing me with a free screen protector. Very efficient and a pleasure to spend money on the service

Best phone shop I have been using this SHOP’s since it opened and followed the owner from near by store that is only interested in taking your money. The gentlemen who runs the shops is kind and offeres after care support even to non paying customers. You can tell this is a passion not just a job! The important bit -cheapest in town with high quality repair

100% got cannot, fault iPhone totally smashed and repaired within 20 minutes for great value. Friendly service was an added bonus. Would absolutely recommend.

Fixed my 2012 macbook this week! Really friendly quick service plus a free clean and loads of information about how to keep my mac running well! He even cleaned my boyfriends laptop and fan for nothing while we were in the shop! Defiantly will be returning and recommending!

The customer service at Repairs Etc. is outstanding! The owner is very friendly and clearly knows his stuff. He is extremely trustworthy and is a breath of fresh air compared with other phone repair traders I've dealt with. I highly, highly recommend you choose Repairs Etc. for amazing service.

Holiday disaster diverted thanks to Repairs etc, iPad back within 4 hours, lovely friendly service and looks brand new, very reasonable prices (I thought it would have been more expensive for same day service!). I couldn’t have asked for more! My daughter is now downloading her music and films before we head off!! Thank you so much
