I came across Laptopa about ten years ago after accidentally spilling a glass of wine into my laptop which held the only copy of a very important set of accounts. They arrived at my place and took the laptop apart before my eyes, cleaned it internally and diagnosed the issues as well as recovering the information from the hard drive. Later that afternoon with a new hard drive installed and backed up I was back in business.

If an engineer is 30 minutes late for an appointment, we will not charge you for the first hour of the job. Our main priority is to deliver competent and professional onsite IT support in a timely fashion. We aim to respond within 3 hours of receiving your call, and we're proud to say that in 95% of all cases we're achieving it. All onsite services have minimum booking time of 2 hours, which means that even if the engineer completes the job in less time, you will still be charged for two hours.
We believe that receiving competent IT support in the precise moment you need it is crucial for the operation of any business, and remote assistance is the perfect tool for achieving it.
