We called in on spec because our laptop wasn't charging reliably and we had been previously advised it could be a bad connection or something wrong with the mother board. At "We Love Laptops" they tested it straight away and said it just needed a new charger, which they supplied for a very competitive price and it's been fine since. Excellent! - a polite, efficient and good value service.
