PC support as everyone knows is a time consuming and expensive business. The PC develops a fault you spend ages on the phone (1 a minute) trying to speak to a support technician only to be told they will have to send someone out for a site visit (more expense). When the technician eventually arrives the following day he fixes the problem in five minutes (but you are charged call-out plus an hours labour). At the top the first level is of course the phone or email. This is the method of initial contact.

The Fleet Partnership (Fleet) is a progressive finance brokerage, and principal lessor, incorporated in 1986, with experience in helping corporate clients arrange finance or re-finance for any tangible asset. Basically, a VPN is a private network that uses a public network (usually the Internet) to connect remote sites or users together. Instead of using a dedicated, real-world connection such as leased line, a VPN uses "virtual" connections routed through the Internet from the company's private network to the remote site or employee. A Virtual private network can be a cost effective and secure way for different corporations to provide user access to the corporate network and for remote networks to communicate with each other across the Internet.
