I asked on Facebook if anyone was good with computers/tablets and would enable to fix mine. Iain got in touch with me and we arranged for him to come and collect my tablet on Friday morning. I was told it'd be Monday at the earliest and it'd cost £30-£50 depending on the work needed doing. Saturday afternoon Iain got in touch and said it was ready. We arranged for me to go and collect it and was told it'd £40. My tablet no runs like brand new and I'd highly recommend Iain to anyone with computer problems.
We've had our Mac for about five years and Yahoo suddenly decided it wouldn't recognise our browser. Iain from ISG arrived promptly when contacted and soon diagnosed the problem - the Safari browser was outdated. He was able to sort that out very quickly, although it took so long for it to download that he took it away so he could monitor progress overnight. He and it were back the next day with ALL the software updated. I have found the service provided by ISG to be swift and effective and their staff very pleasant to work with.
