We are based in Retford, Nottinghamshire our Engineers are completely mobile and come to you we have a J35.00 fixed fee service and if in the rare occassion it cannot be repaired we dont charge you a penny.

What the J35.00 fixed fee covers, it covers the Engineers time so whether the Engineer is there 1 hour or 100 hours it only costs you J35.00.

What the fixed fee doesnt cover, any parts that may be needed these parts will be priced and quoted at the time and if you dont want to go ahead with the repair then there is no fee.
