We have 15 years experience working with & troubleshooting computers but try not to bamboozle our customers with techno-speak & jargon.

We will always try to fix the problem in your home or workplace. However, where this is not possible, we aim to have your machine fixed & back with you within 7 days, although the normal time is much less.

Laptop repairs are carried out for a fixed maximum fee & this includes Laptop Motherboard Repair, Inverter Board Repair, Screen Board Repair, DC Jack Repair, Cable Repair. If the laptop is beyond economical repair we will say so and return it to you free of charge.

No job is too small and we charge as little as J10 if the problem is just a quick fix. Within East London & West Essex we charge NO call out fee - all our prices are clearly displayed. Outside the East London & West Essex areas, we do charge a J20 call out fee, which will be deducted from the final charge once the repair is completed.

If you're experiencing problems with your PC, or it's stopped working, then don't panic! Usually, even the worst looking/sounding problem is perfectly fixable. Just give us a call & we can get you up & running again.
