Bill’s service was incredible. My fiancee and I were passing through London on a two month backpacking trip in May 2013. Our laptop screen had cracked a couple of days before. We showed up on Friday night not too long before closing. Somehow Bill had our laptop shipped off for a replacement screen, replaced and returned within a couple of hours. Even, for what I consider, a reasonable price. Couldn’t have asked for better service!


I searched for an IT repair service in a panic early on a wednesday morning because my beloved laptop had bluescreened and I (stupidly) had thought Dropbox was a backup service (which it is not). I am a writer and the past few years work was, at this moment, potentially lost, for all eternity, taking my heart with it. You can imagine my panic. Bill answered despite the fact he didn't start work for another few hours. He readily talked me through some procedures to diagnose the problem better and agreed to meet me at his workshop. I had to go to work so I left it with his receptionist safely. Bill kept in constant touch with me via message/text and email, explaining patiently what procedures he was trying, what it could be, what it wasn't and he promised he would do all he could to get my data back.

Suffice it to say, Bill, the hero, managed to not only save my data but my laptop to boot and it now works better than it ever did, thanks to some neat tweaks he made for me as part of his service. It's the little things, right? Seriously, have you ever heard of such a service? He's a one-man band, but he's fast, practical, knowledgable and reasonable too. Oh, and definitely worth every single reasonable penny. He is now my IT go-to man forever and I advise you all to try him! I can't thank him enough!


Bill has done work for us in the past. On this occasion he came to set up our new laptop including transferring various items eg contacts list from our desk top. He is always patient and thorough and explains in simple terms what he is doing. When he hits an unexpected problem he says so and always comes up with the answer.
