We do not charge for call outs within the Hastings and Surrounding 1066 Areas whether Home or Business. Outside of these areas we charge 50 pence per mile. For Private, Home and Small Business Customers, costs are £25 for the first hour onsite and then £5 per 15 minutes there after, or fixed labour fees from £25 up to £65* to collect your PC and return it, usually within 2 to 3 days, sometimes 24 hours.
For medium or Large Businesses Prices start at £35 for the first hour onsite and £10 per 15 minutes there after.
We come to you to assist in all your I.T. Computing needs and we also operate on a No Fix No Fee basis with no added call out charges and very low rates.

A* computers are as good as it gets. I am back from Kenya for a couple of weeks. My machine stopped working - it didn't even get to the Dell logo screen - and I found my 1 year warranty had expired 10 days before.I was in the depths of East Sussex and spirits were in the dumps.
I searched Google and decided they were the ones to contact based on five 5* reviews. One phone call to them and I liked the questions they asked. Graham came to collect the machine a couple of hours later.
All very efficient, signed sheet to confirm collection, regular updates on progress. The fault was the laptop screen had become disconnected and this went on to cause other problems.
They found the fault, fixed it. Got the computer to recognise the battery again and reset the system so it was as good as new.
The machine was brought back the next day.
The fee was tiny. I know I was lucky that there wasn't a serious fault but if I have another problem A* will be the first company I turn to for help.
