Don't replace the whole computer when just one or two hardware parts have failed. We can diagnose the cause of a fault and advise whether proceeding is economically viable. Often we can replace a single item and get the computer back to you for less than a quarter of the cost of a new model.

Eugene has been our computer 'guru' for many years and it is a great comfort to know that he is there should we need help. We count ourselves very fortunate to have met him.


My initial despair at a computer crash has been removed by Eugene's prompt, helpful and reasonably priced assistance. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Eugene at 1computercare responded immediately to my request to investigate a printer problem, to update security and to test that file backup and retrieval was working correctly by remotely accessing my home PC. I didn't, but left a message for Eugene requesting a call-back. He did this morning at 9am, and the PC, controlled remotely by Eugene, was fixed by 11. A complete star.
