The company provides the following services:

Home computer tuition provided by A grade I.T. tutors holding an I.T. teaching qualification.
Tuition can be personalised for the client's needs but could include info on emailing, using The Web & safe online purchasing, desktop publishing with a home printer, letter writing, producing flyers and newsletters, using a digital camera with a home computer, using Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Oulook etc.
Home computer technical work including getting rid of viruses or malware.
Complete installations from scratch (including PC, Broadband/internet connectiions including router set-ups and printer set-ups.
Problem-solving regarding software issues or hardware issues and upgrades of memory etc.
