We have a set labour fee to look at and fix your computer, and that is a fixed price so whether it takes us 2 hours, 2 days or 2 weeks. If any of the hardware in your computer is faulty and has to be replaced then the price of that will be added to the labour fee and you will be notified before we add the new hardware, however we try our best to get your problem fixed without having to get new parts to make your PC work.
